I was exactly where you are right now. High-achieving on the outside, thriving in my engineering and biotech career, but silently crippled by anxiety and procrastination.
I’d start ten projects and finish none. I’d hyperfocus on the wrong things for hours while my real priorities sat untouched. The worst part wasn’t the scattered attention. It was the shame and the constant feeling of never being or doing enough.
I tried everything to “manage” my ADHD: medication, planners, courses. Nothing stuck. It wasn’t until I completely burned out that I made a decision.

2. Transmute Trauma: Understand how past stress patterns live in your body and release them. This week is about breaking free from survival-mode behavior and reclaiming choice.
3. Identity: Rewire your subconscious patterns and embody your most magnetic self. This is about becoming the woman who already has what she desires and executing from that place
4. Motivate: Unlock your natural dopamine cycle. You’ll create personalized rituals and systems to spark motivation when you need it most.
5. Nourishment & sleep: Learn how to optimize nutrition and sleep for ADHD in a way that’s simple, realistic, and actually sustainable.
6. Own the day: Learn how to own your mornings, stay organized, and create structure that supports you throughout the day (without burning out).
7. Master your hormones: Learn how your menstrual cycle, perimenopause, and menopause affect your ADHD, and discover how to reclaim your power at every stage.
8. Vision, worthiness & abundance: In our final week, you’ll reconnect deeply to your vision, clear the blocks between you and your goals, and integrate the codes of worthiness and abundance.
